About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to turn data into one of the most powerful decision-making tools within the business.
It’s a high-impact role for someone who is marketing native, analytical, and excited by the pace and complexity of Web3. You’ll be working across a fast-moving ecosystem of builders, KOLs, protocols and products, helping turn fragmented data into clear insight and actionable strategy.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll own the analytics that help shape marketing strategy, measure performance and uncover growth opportunities across the ecosystem.
- Analyse on-chain data to track protocol activity, user journey and real-time performance trends
- Create dashboards and live performance reporting that give marketing, BD and leadership teams a clear view of what matters
- Evaluate KOL, creator and content performance, identifying which partnerships and campaigns drive meaningful user growth, retention and volume
- Track builder journeys, from documentation and SDK engagement through to live deployment and usage
- Support business development with data-backed partner intelligence, shortlist creation and market analysis
- Measure the impact of events, launches and ecosystem activity on acquisition, engagement and more
- Own regular reporting across key business and marketing metrics, including wallet activity, volume, Total Value Locked (TVL) and more
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify where the product and ecosystem have a competitive edge
Requirements
- Strong experience in data analytics within Web3, ideally across DeFi or L1/L2 ecosystems
- Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with on-chain data, indexers and subgraphs
- Strong dashboarding and visualisation skills using tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Good commercial instincts and strong judgement on which metrics matter versus which are just noise
- Familiarity with social intelligence, sentiment analysis and tools such as Kaito
- Experience using Python or R for deeper analysis, forecasting or modelling
- Good understanding of crypto market dynamics, including user behaviour, protocol mechanics and the wider KOL and builder landscape
