Born at a moment when the remote movement felt like it was losing steam, our mission is to bring that energy back. We believe in the incredible power remote-first principles offer for businesses and their employees. There's just one problem...

It's really hard for jobseekers to assess the culture at remote companies. How can you tell if a company is your tribe from just a handful of Zoom calls with one or two people out of hundreds?

We set out to solve that problem by helping companies define, communicate and prove their EVP. Why I Built This

Remote work transformed my life.

While leading the Implementation Team at MineralTree through our $500 million exit to Global Payments, I discovered that our greatest asset wasn't our technology—it was our people and how we worked together.
When I began exploring my next chapter, two challenges became clear:
1. Finding genuinely remote-first companies was like searching for a needle in a haystack
2. Understanding a company's remote culture before joining was nearly impossible

Rather than continue my search, I decided to solve this problem for everyone. Now, I'm helping remote companies and job seekers find their perfect match.
