Our Origin Story
Remote work’s once-blistering momentum started to stall. RTO headlines piled up, talent shuffled, and the spark that powered distributed teams dimmed.
Meanwhile, job seekers were stuck playing Culture Roulette: five Zoom calls, a Slack emoji or two, and a LinkedIn post—then … hope for the best.
We knew there was a better way. So we built it.

Why I Built This
Remote work didn't just change how I worked—it changed my life.
While leading the Implementation Team at MineralTree through our $500 million exit to Global Payments, I discovered something counterintuitive: our greatest competitive advantage wasn't our fintech platform. It was how we worked together as a distributed team.
When I started exploring what came next, I hit two walls that every remote professional knows:
