TMS Compliance Analyst III

While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.
The CX Compliance team is essential in ensuring that our global CX Compliance Operations function efficiently, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver high-quality resolutions. As a TMS Compliance Analyst III, Compliance TMS Operations within the CX Compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers (individuals/entities) that may lead to drafting and filing a SAR. You will work extensively with functional leaders in the Financial Crime Risk Service line and support functions to maintain production and quality of the highest standard. You will work independently, prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and remain open to feedback from all levels to drive continuous improvement in compliance handling.
