We are building an Enterprise Tools team inside IT at 1Password — a team that owns the core collaboration tools and will grow to own the specialized business systems in the future. This team is charting new territory: centralizing ownership of company tools, building cross-functional integrations, and enabling the company to responsibly and strategically adopt new technologies.
The Staff IT Engineer will be the technical leader of this team, responsible for laying out the team’s technical roadmap and ensuring it is executed effectively. If you have a passion for building scalable systems, shaping the strategy for critical business tools, and bringing out the best work in others, we want to hear from you.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $149,000 USD and $201,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $126,000 CAD and $170,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
