The Commercial Operations Sr. Associate is the operational backbone of the commercial team, owning the coordination systems, processes, and rhythms that keep a fast-growing team of 50+ running at scale. This role is essential in helping the team nail the details, both big and small. You will partner closely with stakeholders to coordinate timelines, manage dependencies, and navigate scheduling across multiple dynamic calendars. This role experiences higher intensity during Q1 and Q4, our peak conference and commercial planning seasons.
Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.
