Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and a modern front-end framework, along with a bold vision for the future of AI-assisted development. If you’ve architected complex systems involving multiple third-party integrations, built zero-downtime solutions at scale, and pushed the boundaries of how AI can empower developers—this role is for you. You’ll join our WordPress Team, the group responsible for powering and maintaining high-performance WordPress sites for our clients. You'll lead the end-to-end development of new features, own critical architectural decisions, and drive innovation at the intersection of AI and software engineering—ensuring our AI-generated code is not only fast, but accurate, reliable, and production-grade. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where uptime is mission-critical, our customers’ sites are on our hand, and it's your job to ensure they stay fast, secure, and always online. You'll help define how AI accelerates development across the entire stack and deliver real business value at scale.
