Ecosystem Strategy & Operations Intern

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys research, analysis, and execution, and wants to work on projects that support Make’s growth across teams.

What you’ll do

• Support the development and execution of Make’s ecosystem strategy through research, data analysis, and identifying trends and opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to keep ecosystem initiatives aligned and moving
• Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead an independent project from design to delivery, and present outcomes to the team
• Support initiatives that bring more data, AI, and automation into Marketing and the Ecosystem function

What we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration or a related field
• Tech-savvy and analytical, comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally some exposure to reports, dashboards, databases, or structured data work
• Strong written and spoken English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who contributes ideas, challenges the status quo, and asks the right questions
• Interest in sustainability and automation is a plus

Celonis office (used by Make) in Madrid.
