Superside is hiring an Account Director to lead and grow a portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers. You’ll own the full customer relationship (from pre-sale scoping through delivery, renewal, and expansion) ensuring our customers see Superside as a long-term creative partner.
This role sits at the intersection of customer strategy, commercial growth, and delivery excellence. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and drive retention and expansion across complex, multi-workstream accounts.
You’ll be accountable for retention, expansion (GRR & NDR), delivery quality, operational scalability, and the long-term health of your accounts, including driving meaningful AI-led transformation.
