Senior Technical Program Manager, Money Movement

The Senior Technical Program Manager for Money Movement will be the engine of trust and precision at the heart of our financial operations, mastering the flow of every dollar. You will ensure clients experience flawless, lightning-fast deposits and withdrawals, guaranteeing that every single penny is tracked with unyielding accuracy and total transparency. Beyond the core, you will engineer a powerful, self-service product that empowers our admins, participants, and operations teams, making the accurate processing of all financial inflows the trusted, effortless bedrock of our clients' financial freedom.

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $200,000 - $220,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
