Affirm is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our Cloud Compute team to play a pivotal role in ensuring the robust and scalable foundation of our entire platform. As a fully remote team based in Spain, we are the engine room that manages all of Affirm's Kubernetes clusters. Our mission is to provide a highly reliable and available cloud environment that empowers all of Affirm's engineering teams to build and deploy innovative solutions seamlessly.

You'll be instrumental in driving initiatives to enhance our observability capabilities, fortify the reliability of our critical infrastructure, and automate key operational workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Affirm's cloud infrastructure, work with cutting-edge technologies, and have a significant impact on the stability and efficiency of our entire engineering organization. Base Pay Grade - M
Equity Grade - 3
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
POL base pay range per year: 301,000 zł - 401,000 zł
