Who You Are:
We are looking for a People Data & Analytics Lead who is as passionate about people as they are about patterns. This is a senior individual contributor role within the CPO’s Office, reporting to the Chief of Staff. Your mission is to build and lead a strategic analytics capability that treats data as a high-touch service for our internal customers—the People team, executive leadership, and HighLevel managers.
The ideal candidate blends advanced technical expertise with a customer-obsessed mindset. You don’t just build dashboards; you build clarity. You will translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations that help our leaders make the best possible decisions for our talent. This role requires a specialist who can pivot quickly from deep-dive workforce modeling to facilitating executive-level discussions in an agile, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Advisory & Executive Partnership
-Act as a Lead Strategic Partner to the Chief of Staff to translate complex organizational goals into high-impact People strategies.
-Synthesize Complex Datasets into compelling, executive-ready narratives that simplify complexity and drive leadership alignment.
-Proactively Surface Organizational Risks, identifying trends in attrition, engagement, or performance before they impact the business.
-Drive the Analytics Roadmap by aligning data priorities directly with HighLevel’s long-term growth and organizational strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Analytics (Data as a Service)
-Adopt a "User-First" Design: Translate complex workforce data into intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and presentations–using strong visual storytelling to distill ambiguity into clear, decision-ready insights for executive leaders.
-Drive Decision-Ready Insights: Focus on delivering actionable recommendations rather than just raw reporting, ensuring every insight drives meaningful action.
-Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner directly with functional leaders to translate their most pressing business questions into structured data narratives.
-Enablement & Literacy: Act as a data translator, simplifying complex workforce models for executive audiences without losing analytical rigor.
Advanced Workforce Modeling & Forecasting
-Design Sophisticated Workforce Models: Lead headcount forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling to inform financial and operational decisions.
-Establish High-Value Metrics: Define and standardize core metrics across the talent lifecycle—from retention and engagement to organizational design and compensation.
-Agile Impact: Own complex, multi-workstream analytics initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring insights are embedded into the company's operating rhythms.
Data Governance & Integrity
-Establish Excellence Standards: Define data governance standards, metric definitions, and quality controls to ensure consistency and reliability across the People org.
-Influence Infrastructure: Partner with HRIS and Data Engineering teams to ensure the necessary data inputs are available for high-level analysis.
-Optimize for Scalability: Improve automation and reduce manual reporting through process optimization, ensuring the analytics function can scale with the company.
What You’ll Bring:
-8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR data strategy, workforce planning, or related roles.
-Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, SQL or similar).
-Strong understanding of how core HR domains operate, with the ability to leverage that knowledge to extract, analyze, and synthesize meaningful people insights.
-Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives using structured project management methodologies in agile or fast-paced environments.
-Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate independently with minimal oversight.
