We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns at Instacart. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, loves keeping complex projects moving, and is excited to work across multiple channels and stakeholders.
You’ll partner closely with Lifecycle Campaign Managers and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across email, push, SMS, in-app, and landing pages, serving as a key contributor to the operational backbone of our CRM and lifecycle programs.
The Instacart marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. Our Consumer CRM Marketing team develops and delivers billions of messages a year across the company’s owned channels (email, mobile push, SMS, and in-app).
As a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and executing CRM and lifecycle initiatives across multiple programs and lifestages. You’ll work under the guidance of campaign managers while owning day-to-day execution and operational workflows. What you’ll do:

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.
