We’re looking for a leader to build and define the Developer Relations function at 1Password.
This role sits at the critical intersection of developers and security. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategy that connects our secure technologies like vaulting and device trust to developer tools and the broader developer community.
You will build and lead a high performing team, mature processes, and ensure we are not just a tool developers use, but a partner they trust to build secure applications.
As a key leader, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Security leadership to ensure the developer voice is integral to our roadmap.
Reports to: VP, Security Strategist
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $228,000 USD and $342,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $212,000 CAD and $318,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
