we may be called The Browser Company of New York, but we’re a remote-friendly company. Approximately 60% of our employees live outside of New York, across six different time zones. Here’s how we make it work:
Seriously flexible hours. Morning person? Night owl? There’s a place for you. Our core working hours fall between 11 AM–2 PM EST, and they may shift depending on who you're working with. But we just want you to do your best work, however suits you best. Take breaks. Do your thing. We trust you.
A cozy Brooklyn office. If you live in New York (or want to visit), you’re welcome to our beautiful office in Williamsburg. Some of us come every day, others once a week. No obligation — we just genuinely like each other! Oh, and when you’re in the office, lunch is on us.
Meaningful meetups. We also host quarterly team gatherings and company-wide retreats to foster collaboration and creativity. We all work from anywhere, but we are intentional about building meaningful connections in person.
Your dream home office. All new hires receive a $1,500 stipend to help design their dream home office. Since things break and tastes change, you’ll also receive a refresher stipend every 2 years.
