If you are a remote or hybrid organization then, yes! We define hybrid as allowing employees to work from home a minimum of 2 days per week and remote as allowing employees to work from whenever they want.

What if we don't score high enough to achieve certification?

We'll convert your subscription to consulting hours at no additional cost and help you improve any problem areas before recertifying you for free.

Every remote company is at a different point in their journey. While we have to be strict about our standards to give our certification meaning, any organization that is open minded and puts their people first can achieve certification.
