We Are Rosie was built to strip the retainers, extra layers, and wasted time out of how brands buy marketing work. Rather than a fixed agency roster, it casts marketers from its community of independent experts to match each brand challenge, spanning creative, in-house marketing, and interim C-suite support. Its network of freelance and fractional marketers, known internally as "Rosies," is distinct from the company's own corporate team.

Inside that corporate team, the tone is deliberately unbuttoned: the company describes itself as breaking outdated rules, building better ones, and having fun doing it. Belonging is stated plainly, with the careers page noting that everyone is welcome regardless of how they identify.
