Quantum Metric is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly relational Head of People to partner directly with the executive leadership team in supporting our next phase of growth. As a Series B SaaS company, we are evolving from building foundational systems to iterating, optimizing, and strengthening the People function to support our growth goals.
This role is focused on iteration, business impact, and enablement. You will oversee our People leadership team across People Operations, Total Rewards & Benefits, and Recruiting- ensuring our strategies are aligned to business priorities and grounded in measurable outcomes.
The VP of People will play a critical role in enabling and supporting our team and business to innovate with AI, both by embedding AI into People practices and by preparing our workforce to leverage AI responsibly and effectively. You will be a trusted advisor and executive-level influencer who builds strong relationships across the organization, coaches leaders, and ensures we remain a high-performance, people-first company in a remote-first environment.
