We’re hiring a Head of Social to build a social presence people genuinely want to follow. This role exists to significantly raise the bar on how Deel shows up culturally, creatively, and strategically across social platforms.
This is not a traditional corporate social media role. It’s for someone who deeply understands internet culture, knows how to engineer viral moments, and can turn social into a meaningful brand and growth lever. You’ll own Deel’s global social strategy end to end, with the autonomy to build something distinctive and ambitious.
