Now we’re building what’s next—and we’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to help take new ideas from zero to real features and products in members’ hands.
You’ll lead design for new products and feature iterations, turning ambiguous problems and emerging opportunities into clear, shippable experiences. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth to explore ideas, define direction, and launch products that can scale to millions of members.
No direct reports—but real leadership, real influence, and real responsibility for what gets built.
You’ll help define Dave’s future product portfolio. The work you lead will determine which ideas make it to market, how members experience them for the first time, and which products earn trust and long-term adoption. Your decisions will shape both member outcomes and Dave’s next phase of growth.
You’re comfortable starting from a blank page. You know how to turn ambiguity into structure, ask the right questions early, and help teams converge on the best direction. You connect design decisions to strategy and outcomes, not just aesthetics.
You lead through influence. You collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, communicate clearly, and help teams make thoughtful trade-offs as constraints and data evolve. You raise the quality of the work around you through feedback, mentorship, and strong design judgment.
You’ll have wide scope, early ownership, and the chance to shape products before they’re fully defined. We move quickly, learn fast, and iterate based on what we see in the real world.
