Elastic is seeking a Website Strategy Manager to own and evolve the strategic systems that govern how Elastic.co turns traffic into understanding, action, and outcomes.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on defining the frameworks, principles, and decision models that shape how our website works as a cohesive system. Rather than owning delivery or platform execution, this role ensures the website consistently supports user understanding, intent progression, and business impact.
You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span content, UX, SEO, analytics, and demand—partnering closely with teams across Marketing and Product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and leads through clarity and influence.
The Website Strategy Manager functions as a center of excellence for website strategy at Elastic. You will define how navigation, information architecture, conversion paths, CTAs, and intent capture work together across Elastic.co to support diverse audiences and use cases.
This role focuses on why the website works the way it does, for whom, and to what outcome—providing strategic direction that guides execution across teams.
