As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Immigration, you will own the go-to-market strategy for a core part of Deel’s platform. This role goes far beyond launches - you’ll define the narrative, influence product direction, enable Sales and Customer teams, and drive adoption and expansion across our customer base.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success, acting as the connective tissue that turns product capabilities into clear value, strong GTM execution, and measurable business impact.

Bring structured feedback from the field back to Product to help inform roadmap decisions and prioritization.
