As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Deel IT, you will own the go-to-market strategy for a core part of Deel’s platform. This role goes far beyond launches, you’ll define the narrative, influence product direction, enable Sales and Customer teams, and drive adoption and expansion across our customer base.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success, acting as the connective tissue that turns product capabilities into clear value, strong GTM execution, and measurable business impact.
This is a highly strategic, high-ownership role for a PMM who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys shaping both strategy and execution.
This role is foundational to the success of Deel IT. You’ll help define how the product is understood, positioned, sold, and adopted and directly influence pipeline growth, customer expansion, and product direction.
