Senior Field Engineer | Germany | Remote

The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing, to ensure the SE’s have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business. The Field Engineering Infrastructure team maintains the backend systems, content creation and deep subject matter expertise that enables the Solution Engineering team to scale and focus on direct customer selling, community building, learning, and other adoption and revenue focused activities.
In Germany, the OTE compensation range for this role is EUR 121,000 - EUR 145,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
