Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Enablement Business Partner of Customer Value.
This position is needed to drive the effectiveness of enablement for the Customer Value organization at Twilio so that they are equipped to successfully ramp and do their jobs.
The person in this position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Specialist Enablement working closely with their peers in the GTM Enablement organization as we continue to transform the business and state of Enablement. As the Senior Field Enablement Partner for Customer Value, you will be responsible for driving the performance, productivity, and effectiveness of the roles within the Customer Value organization. You will design, localize, and implement enablement strategies, programs, and tools to support reps at every stage of the customer Journey. This role requires close collaboration with regional leaders, marketing, product, operations, and global enablement teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and cultural nuances across the roles and markets. You’ll partner closely with leaders to identify skill gaps, define key competencies, and deliver tailored enablement solutions across the entire sales lifecycle - acting as a strategic partner making proactive recommendations for the Enablement Strategy & Plan.
