While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive Coinbase’s work execution and collaboration platforms portfolio—including Jira, Linear, Asana, Slack, and emerging tools—and to lead the optimization of how work is planned, communicated, tracked, and delivered across Coinbase. You’ll define the strategy, roadmap, and governance for this ecosystem, ensuring our task and communication platforms operate as a cohesive, scalable system that balances team autonomy with organizational alignment, reduces context switching and noise, and improves both delivery transparency and focus time.
