At JetBrains, we create tools for developers and teams to build better software. As a Partner Account Manager, you’ll help us grow our global presence by working closely with our channel partners. You’ll build strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and integrators, enabling them to successfully position and sell the full portfolio of JetBrains products.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, support partner success, and contribute directly to revenue growth through our indirect sales ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of channel partners.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with resellers, distributors, and integrators.
- Work with partners to create and execute joint sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and grow the indirect sales ecosystem.
- Manage joint sales pipelines, contribute to accurate forecasting, and track performance against key metrics.
- Collaborate with Direct Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, and other internal teams to support partner initiatives.
- Ensure partners follow JetBrains policies, branding guidelines, and contractual agreements.
- Provide partners with the information, enablement, and support they need to represent JetBrains effectively.
We expect you to have:
- Professional experience in Sales, Channel Sales, or Account Management, ideally in the software or technology industry.
- Experience managing and developing relationships with channel partners.
- Understanding of software licensing models and the broader IT market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to contribute to revenue growth through partner collaboration.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
