The Manager, Sales Development Representative is responsible for leading a high-performing team of SDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth across a defined segment or product. This role oversees the design and execution of prospecting strategies, ensures consistent lead quality, and drives operational excellence across outbound and inbound motions.
