This Legal Operations Specialist is the engine that keeps Boulevard’s Legal team running. You’ll own centralized intake, triage, and workflow execution – conducting contract review and negotiations, enforcing prioritization standards, reducing ad hoc escalations, and ensuring requests move quickly and predictably through Legal. You’ll operate and optimize our core Legal systems (CLM, intake, procurement, matter management) while serving as the first operational layer for routine work using playbooks and templates.
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role with real impact. You’ll spot trends in volume, turnaround time, and spend, identify recurring friction, and drive process improvements that help Legal scale with the business.
Important: At Boulevard, we work hard to structure compensation in a way that balances internal equity with local market competitiveness, and we’re happy to share a good-faith estimate of the base salary range for this role. For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated base salary range is $101,000 - $126,500 per year. For all other U.S. locations, the anticipated base salary range is $92,000 - $118,450 per year. In addition to this base compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors, which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
