Join the team as our Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Global Operations, serving as the single-threaded HR leader for our global operations organization.
We are looking for an HRBP Director (P6) who turns people's strategy into business impact.
You thrive in complex, global operating environments and are energized by supporting large-scale, customer-facing and operational organizations. You serve as a trusted advisor to our SVP of Global Operations and her leadership team, shaping workforce strategies that scale teams, strengthen performance, and enable operational excellence across a globally distributed employee population.
This role is for a strategic HR leader who goes beyond day-to-day HR partnership. You understand how global operations talent drives customer experience and business continuity, and you bring a proven track record of designing and executing people strategies for large, global teams.
You are fluent in leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation insights– using them to anticipate talent needs, guide organizational design, and influence systematic change. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, translating insights into action and aligning stakeholders across regions to achieve measurable results.
This is an Individual Contributor role with global influence, perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating across functions, shaping culture, and driving organizational effectiveness at scale. This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
