As the Director, Affiliate Activation, you are a strategic leader responsible for driving engagement, productivity, and revenue growth within HighLevel’s affiliate ecosystem. You understand that affiliate success is directly tied to enablement, activation, and sustained engagement — and you build scalable programs that turn affiliates into high-performing growth partners.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and bring a strong blend of strategy, execution, relationship management, and performance analytics. You are passionate about building systems that empower affiliates to succeed while aligning activation efforts with broader company revenue objectives.
