The Business Operations Manager, Payroll Strategy is focused on improving operational efficiency, quality, and scalability through cross-functional execution, process improvement, and technology-enabled workflows.
You will own and drive initiatives end-to-end, working across multiple stakeholders to move work forward and ensure outcomes are delivered. You will manage multiple projects in parallel, adapt to shifting priorities, and operate effectively in environments with limited initial structure. The role requires strong execution, prioritization, and coordination skills.
You should be comfortable working in workflow-based environments. The expectation is adaptability and operational judgment: knowing how to use the right tools, work with the right partners, and deliver outcomes.
Depending on the initiative, the role may involve leading projects, coordinating execution across teams, or contributing to the design and rollout of scalable operational solutions.
Identify and implement industry best practices to enhance Deel’s global operations, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
