About the role

Every Product Manager, no matter how senior, is expected to take ownership, drive outcomes directly, and stay close to the work that moves customers forward. As a Senior Director of Product, you will lead at scale, driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional delivery across one of Deel’s most complex and impactful product areas. You will shape the roadmap, align global teams, and work with customers and stakeholders to bring ambitious ideas to life. You will operate in an environment that values speed, quality, and accountability in equal measure, and you will balance strategic leadership with the ability to dive deep and execute when needed.

What to Expect
You will report directly to a Head of Product and work alongside other senior product leaders covering global time zones. The onboarding period includes focused project work to build context and relationships before expanding into full-scope leadership.
